General terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed with Alpenstudio. Deviations only apply if they are stated in the offer.

2. Offer and order

The offer is valid for 30 days. The order is placed when you return the signed offer or confirm it by email.

3. Prices and payment

The prices in the offer apply, in CHF. 50% is due on order, 50% before the website goes live. Invoices are payable within 10 days. We start working once the deposit has been received.

4. Content and delivery time

You provide texts, logo and images unless agreed otherwise. The delivery time starts once all content is in. If content or feedback arrives later, delivery is postponed accordingly. You are responsible for the rights to the content you provide (e.g. photos).

5. Revisions

2 rounds of revisions are included. Further changes or new requests after approval are charged by effort (CHF 120 per hour), after prior agreement.

6. Acceptance and handover

After going live you receive access to the admin area and a short introduction. If you report no defects within 10 days, the website is deemed accepted.

7. Rights

After full payment you may use the website without time limit. Alpenstudio may show the website as a reference unless you object in writing.

8. Care plans

Care and hosting run monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice to the end of a month. They are billed annually in advance unless agreed otherwise.

9. Liability

We work with care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for outages of the hosting provider, damage caused by third parties or lost profit.

10. Law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Alpenstudio.
